When arriving at Grounded Roots Chiropractic, new patient paperwork will be the first thing that will need to be filled out. Online verse of the paperwork can be found here.

Complete Consultation

Following the tour, you will sit down with our team for a one-on-one healthcare consult. We will discuss your current concerns, any past health conditions, and goals for recovery. During the consultation you will have the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have.

Neurological Evaluation

We utilize the most up to date and reliable technology in the field to evaluate and locate the nerve interference that is causing some of your health concerns.

Chiropractic Postural X-Rays

While x-rays are not necessary in every case. There are some cases where x-rays are needed. Confidently we have a digital x-ray in our office that is safe, professional, and cost-effective. 

Report of Findings

On your second visit here at Grounded Roots, Dr. Erika will sit down and present more information on your health and our technique. Dr. Erika will go over your specific assessments and x-ray findings and go over full recommendations for care.

The BEST part, receiving your first gentle and specific chiropractic adjustment.
