Cycle Syncing

Let's talk about one of the biggest indicators of female health and reproductive health- the menstrual cycle.  Hormones are important for many important functions within your body and contribute largely to your overall physical + mental well-being. When you understand how to support each phase of your cycle YOU can take advantage of your health. Each day your hormonal structure is shifting. What is considered balanced one week, can look completely different the next week.

Cycle syncing is using nutrition in a way to support your body each part of your cycle. When you know how to balance what you're eating, how you are exercising, and lifestyle choices you can see  improvements in everything from your energy levels, ability to manage stress, ability to control your weight, and more.

There are four main phases that each woman experiences during child bearing ages on repeat throughout the year. The four phases include menstrual cycle, follicular phase, ovulatory phase, and the luteal phase. We will go into detail on each of these four phases in the next few posts. Stay Tuned!
