What makes Grounded Roots Chiropractic Different ?

Grounded Roots Chiropractic, we take a different approach to how  we look at your health and the care we provide for you. Dr. Erika is highly educated and specifically focus on the central nervous system and musculoskeletal system, As a neurological based chiropractor, we focus on how the brain + spinal cord  is communicating with with the rest of the body.

Education Education Education

Dr. Erika is kinda a huge nerd herself and loves spreading her knowledge to others. When you first walk through the doors you will see and feel a huge difference from other medical offices and doctors. At Grounded Roots we want you to be educated on the science behind chiropractic, our technique and how your body works. Rather than you giving us blind trust, we will earn that trust through educating you! We know that knowledge is power, by giving you more knowledge we are giving you the power to take back control of your greatest asset- your HEALTH!

Its all about Function

At Grounded Roots Chiropractic - we talk and primarily focus on the function of nervous system. The aches and pains are important to know about because when the body starts to present symptoms it's our bodies crying for help. But we know that if the nervous system is functioning optimally, we will not see those pesky symptoms. When we look and focus on how the central nervous system is functioning then we can focus on how the vital organs ( like heart, lungs, liver, etc.) are functioning.

X-Rays

Here at Grounded Roots we use and look at X-rays often, x-rays are a way for us to see exactly what is going on with the structure of your spine. When the foundation and structure is weak, this will lead to an overall compromised body. Its like looking at foundation of house, when the basement foundation is cracked or weak the rest of the house will be weak.

Wellness Care

We have several phase of care at Grounded Roots Chiropractic, correction phase is the most intensive phase as we are working to correct weeks, months, or years of damage placed on the body. Then the maintenance phase is working to maintain the progress that we have made. Then Dr. Erika’s favorite part of care is wellness care, wellness care is where we are truly looking at proactive lifestyle.
